SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
We only ship to physical addresses within New Zealand.
Orders under 25kg will be shipped via a courier service.
Orders over 25kg will be shipped via a trucking company.
A shipping fee will be charged at the same rate as our shipping cost.
We will endeavour to dispatch the products on the next available courier.
If the product ordered is not currently in stock, we will advise you at the earliest opportunity via phone or email.
As soon as we have calculated the best delivery option for the order you will receive a revised quotation.
To proceed with the order a deposit of the full amount in our BNZ bank account is required.
Products will only be send after the payment has cleared into our bank account.
RETURNS POLICY
We are generally willing to receive return of unused products still in original packaging if they are normally held in our stock. For items ordered specially for you from other suppliers we may not accept return or there may be a restocking fee charged.
